- Lead and facilitated numerous HIS {EPIC} Revenue Cycle Risk Mitigation initiatives for pre and post-live conversions.
- Increased net yield for a critical access facility by greater than 3% in a 12 month period through process optimization while leveraging the clients current patient accounting platform.
Jason holds an MBA with a Healthcare Concentration from Rivier College Graduate School of Business. Jason is a Board Certified Healthcare Executive and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Ron has a passion for leveraging the experiences of his journey to serve as an advisor to fellow entrepreneurs, healthcare start-ups, and anyone committed to solving the challenges of bringing innovation to healthcare systems. He and his wife Ana reside in Bluffton, SC and enjoy their children and grandchildren in Houston. Ron has been a lifelong soccer player, continues to play in occasional soccer tournaments around the country, and is passionate Seattle Sounders fan. Ron is also an active board member for the Wharton Healthcare Alumni Association.


Anthony has led many revenue cycle engagements for clients nationwide and is experienced with all segments of healthcare providers ranging from critical access hospitals to large IDNs and academic medical centers. Anthony holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management as well as a BBA from University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. Anthony is also a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative.

Taylor has a broad healthcare background with deep experience spanning administration, sales, leadership, and marketing. His wide-ranging knowledge, especially in sales and management positions, has allowed him to become a key asset within growing organizations. Taylor began his healthcare career in revenue cycle services for mid-size hospitals, and subsequently leveraged his provider operations experience to move to the vendor side of revenue cycle with Zelis Payments.
Taylor holds his CHFP certification through the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and has a Master of Science degree in Public Health Administration from Meharry Medical College, located in Nashville, Tennessee. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Middle Tennessee State University. Taylor also continues to extend his industry contributions, holding leadership & board positions across multiple professional organizations and their state chapters.
In his spare time, Taylor holds a longtime passion for training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He is a die-hard Chicago Cubs fan and travels to multiple games every year with his family.

Throughout his career, Scott has been committed to fostering collaboration and driving positive change within the healthcare landscape. Prior to Ni2, Scott served as the Market Director of Network Development and Rural Health Services at CHI Health, overseeing critical access hospital networks across multiple states, and as the President & Chief Executive Officer at Thayer County Health Services. Additionally, as a Network Development Consultant at CHI Health, he played a pivotal role in forging strategic partnerships and implementing cost-effective solutions to support rural hospitals. Scott dedicates his free time to community service, with his involvement with the Nebraska Rural Health Association, where he serves as a Board Member, and with his volunteer work with the American Red Cross.
Scott’s diverse background coupled with hands-on experience in healthcare operations, has equipped him with a well-rounded skill set and a deep understanding of the intricacies and sensitivities of the industry. Scott and his wife Kelsey reside in Omaha, NE where they enjoy caring for their black lab Evie, and two cats, Kristoff and Finn. Scott is an avid Iowa Hawkeye sports fan taking multiple trips back to Iowa City each year.

Jen previously was a co-founder of Eris Medical Technologies in 2007, a specialized company helping hospitals & healthcare organizations optimize their charge capture activities. With Eris, she led the design, development & maintenance of a market leading charge capture technology software platform which continues to benefit many hospitals nationally. As a charge capture expert, Jen authored several whitepapers, and has been a frequent conference speaker on charge capture related topics such as “common CDM pitfalls”, “industry-standard charge capture models” & other middle revenue cycle topics. She also served as an RCM consultant to Eris hospital charge capture software clients, increasing net revenues by 2% – 5%. Jen also managed middle revenue cycle engagements including CDM, charge capture, pricing reimbursement & clinical operational audit reviews.
Prior to Eris, Jen established Revenue Integrity departments for several hospitals and was a national consultant for Deloitte Consulting where she helped clients strategically improve revenue cycle operations & bottom line net revenue improvement.
